Decorating a small space can be a challenge. It can also be a lot of fun! I think any space, big or small, should reflect your unique personality! Repurposing allows you to really make a piece fit you and your decor. I shared a few of my refreshed finds earlier on Good Morning Arkansas and thought I’d share a few before and after pics. It usually helps to have an image in mind before you head out to the thrift store or flea market!

The bench and shutter are from my home so I don’t have before pics. They were both painted with Websters Chalk Paint Powder and distressed a bit around the edges. I used Benjamin Moore’s Mascarpone on the the bench and Poolside Blue on the shutter.
How awesome are my vintage ’30’s magazines? <3<3<3
The ladder and tv tray were both refreshed with Rustoleum Spray Paint…LOVE that stuff! I used my fav shade of Paprika and sprayed several thin, even coats.
I’d love to hear how you functionally decorate your small space! Feel free to share!
